RUFLEX® 扭矩限制器

The  RUFLEX 扭矩 limiter provides for load-holding, frictionally engaged overload protection.  When the 扭矩 set is exceeded, the drive element slips. As soon as the occurring 扭矩 decreases, the 扭矩 limiter automatically continues to transmit the 扭矩. The combination with the renowned  KTR 联轴器 and the integration of customised drive 元件 (e. g. sprockets) allows for overload protection optimally adjusted to the application for torques of up to 12,000 Nm. Our range of  扭矩限制器 includes RUFLEX Standard, RUFLEX with sprocket, RUFLEX max. (扭矩 limiter in a lengthened design for wide drive 元件), RUFLEX with ROTEX (扭矩 limiter for 轴-to-轴 连接) and RUFLEX with BoWex (扭矩 limiter as a 扭力 stiff double-cardanic 轴-to-轴 connection).
