CLAMPEX® External 夹紧连接套

CLAMPEX external 夹紧连接套 (shrink disks) enable 零背隙 and frictionally engaged connection between cylindrical shafts without keyway and hollow shafts. The wedge-shaped 元件 of the 夹紧连接套 that are shifted on top of each other via 夹紧 screws generate radial forces ensuring friction fit between 轴 and hollow 轴. This friction fit allows for simultaneous transmission of 扭矩 and axial force. The integrated 夹紧 screws are used for 夹紧 and releasing the 夹紧连接套, depending on the type of 夹紧 set. CLAMPEX 夹紧 elements are preferred, among other things, as an alternative to a feather key connection considering their benefits. External 夹紧连接套 and 夹紧 elements are also referred to as shrink disks.
