Product Overview
ROTECT was developed for the highest hygiene standards. Its extremely smooth 1.4404 stainless steel housing eliminates dirt pockets by design, and IP68 (10 bar) plus IP69K protection let it withstand aggressive high-pressure cleaning and highly corrosive environments for the long term. The stainless housing guard combines freely with any ROBASE, ROSYNC, ROSLYDE or ROMOTION motor, in BLDC, AC or DC. Paired with the planetary gearboxes (types P and R) it delivers peak torques up to 75 Nm from a very small envelope, with lifetime lubrication and no maintenance. Ratings are 400 - 4000 rpm, 8 - 200 W output, 72 mm diameter and a temperature range of -25 to +40 °C. Typical applications are splash zones in food and beverage (no product contact), chemical and pharmaceutical production, and offshore and marine technology.
