PicoSource PG900 Series Pulse Generator

The PicoSource PG900 series is a high-speed pulse generator with an adjustable main unit output amplitude ranging from 2.5 to 6 V and a transition time of < 60 ps (in smoothing mode). It can further reduce the transition time to < 40 ps using the PS9040/PS9041 tunnel diode pulse heads. The generator offers differential skew adjustment with 1 ps steps, relative leading edge jitter of 3 ps RMS, and external/manual/internal triggering. It is suitable for time domain reflectometry (TDR), sampling oscilloscope calibration, and high-speed interconnect testing, and is controlled by PicoSource software and PicoSDK.
