Electronic control system

The IntelliRamp® 系统 controls the 夹紧 force of the 制动器 and the resulting braking force infinitely. This allows to control both 液压 and electromechanical 制动器 sensitively complying with the operating instructions. The core of the 系统 is the control computer with its touchscreeen. It takes over all functions of calculation and monitoring that are necessary for controlling the 制动系统. In addition IntelliRamp® controls and monitors the function of the power pack with a 液压 制动器 系统. For that purpose parameters like oil level, oil temperature and 液压 pressure are recorded by the 系统. The overall 系统, among other things, has an uninterruptible power supply to allow for performing a full braking ramp in case of power failure. This will allow you to keep the full control of your 制动器 系统 even with critical conditions of the machine while preventing damages from your machine.
