HR/MR Series Rack and Pinion Hydraulic Rotary Actuator

The HR/MR series hydraulic rotary actuators utilize a rack-and-pinion mechanism to convert the linear motion of two hydraulic cylinders into rotational output, simplifying the kinematic structure and facilitating maintenance. Optional magnetic pistons can be equipped to work in conjunction with magnetic proximity switches along the entire piston stroke. With a working pressure of 100 bar, a maximum torque of up to 120 daNm, and a rotation angle range of 90°–270°, these actuators also feature end-of-stroke buffering. Each unit undergoes functional testing before leaving the factory, making them ideal for angle positioning in turntables, assembly lines, packaging machinery, and robotic arms.
